Big enough that I'd just about rather stick with what people managed to do before these overhauls. Was this necessary? Because it's kind of a big deal. I haven't bothered investigating precisely why the vanilla eye behavior had to be completely discarded, but I'm sort of hoping that somebody's already looked into this. So while the NPC nods, tilts their head sideways, whatever, the eyes remain fixed, giving all NPCs a distracted, robotic effect. They're a feature of the entire head, and stare directly forward, no matter what the head is doing or what direction the head is facing. What keeps the decision to use the Dragbody overhauls from being 100% is the fact that the eyes don't move. Wasn't too fond of the fact that the NCR overhaul changes and adds new gear (I sniped all of the stat boost / 100% condition BS I could find), but it's hard to argue with the boost in quality.
