There is an NCR npc that asks you to turn in NCR dogtags that gives some fame. Now ideally, I need a way to improve my reputation to at least liked. Unfortunately my reputation with the NCR is neutral, so I can't accept this part of the quest. And now, before I finish Wild Card: Finishing Touches, I'd like to save President Kimball from assassination. I've completed every quest possible in the game while working with Yes Man. I ask because I'm trying to save President Kimball before finishing my ultimate, and first, play through of New Vegas. Are there any methods of obtaining fame with the NCR that does not involve completing a quest? Maybe something along the lines of a glitch or repeatable process (turning in some item maybe)?
