He later crowned himself "Caesar" and decreed that all peoples and tribes under him would set aside their old identities and embrace his vision of a society modeled after the Romans, even using a mix of English and Latin as their nation's language. Under his guidance, the Blackfoots defeated and subjugated neighboring tribes, which came to regard Swallow as their chieftain. At the same time, the Blackfoots were at war with seven other tribes, and Edward feared they would be killed along with the tribals, who were on the brink of losing. Quartermaster Mayes at Camp Forlorn Hope pays for the dog tags that you turn in and gives a slight amount of fame boost, but the irradiated from ghouls are not useable for this.In Fallout: New Vegas, it doesn't take long for Courier Six to hear tales of Caesar's Legion, but it isn't until they lay eyes on the smoldering ruins of Nipton that they'll realize just how brutal and terrifying they are. Also if you havent done some of the Quests that arent story related like Three Card Bounty and getting Corporal Betsy to seek medical help, stopping the monorail bomb and things of that nature you will gain NCR fame as well. There is an NCR npc that asks you to turn in NCR dogtags that gives some fame. Now ideally, I need a way to improve my reputation to at least liked. Unfortunately my reputation with the NCR is neutral, so I can't accept this part of the quest. And now, before I finish Wild Card: Finishing Touches, I'd like to save President Kimball from assassination. I've completed every quest possible in the game while working with Yes Man. I ask because I'm trying to save President Kimball before finishing my ultimate, and first, play through of New Vegas. Are there any methods of obtaining fame with the NCR that does not involve completing a quest? Maybe something along the lines of a glitch or repeatable process (turning in some item maybe)?
